This UIM occurs when any IPS TCP connection is terminated.

Alarm Level: No alarm condition. The message is informational only.

Recovery

  1. Check that the network cable is properly inserted for this card.
  2. Check the remote host to determine if the connection is pingable or not.
  3. Execute the chg-ip-conn:cname=<>:open command.
