Displaying Dashboards in AnalyticsOracle CRM On Demand provides prebuilt dashboards, which group reports into various functional and business areas, including Customer, Marketing Effectiveness, Overview, Pipeline, Sales Effectiveness, and Service. If your role has the Access Analytics Dashboards - View Prebuilt Dashboards privilege, then you can view these dashboards. In addition, if your role has the Manage Dashboards privilege, then you can create interactive dashboards. This topic describes how to display prebuilt and interactive dashboards. NOTE: If your role does not allow you to view a certain report on a dashboard, or if a report was deleted after it was added to the dashboard, an error message appears on the dashboard where the report would have been displayed. Hiding the Prebuilt DashboardsIf your role has the Manage Dashboards privilege, then you can hide the prebuilt dashboards for other roles. You cannot hide individual dashboards for user roles, but you can either hide all prebuilt dashboards or expose all prebuilt dashboards. If your company has no custom dashboard, then a user whose role has access to prebuilt dashboards has only the default dashboards in the Select Dashboard drop-down list. If there are no custom or prebuilt dashboard available to that user, then the Select Dashboard drop-down list is empty, and if the user clicks the Show button, then Oracle CRM On Demand displays a message that says empty page.
