Item Location/LPN Discrepancy Report

Purpose: Use this report to review items in your warehouses whose item/location quantity does not equal the total quantity assigned to LPNs. This report includes non-primary locations only, since the system deletes an LPN when you place it in a primary location.

How to print: Enter PILR in the Fast path field at the top of any menu, or select Item Location Reconciliation Report from a menu. See Printing the Item Location Reconciliation Report (PILR).

Contents:

• Warehouse: The code and description of the warehouse that contains items whose item/location quantity does not equal the total quantity assigned to LPNs.

• Location: The location that contains an item whose quantity does not equal the total quantity assigned to LPNs.

• Item: The item in the specified warehouse and location whose quantity does not equal the total quantity assigned to LPNs.

• SKU: The SKU of the item.

• On-hand quantity: The on-hand quantity of the item/SKU in the specified warehouse and location.

• LPN number: The number assigned to an LPN that contains stock for the specified warehouse, location and item/SKU.

• LPN quantity: The quantity of the item/SKU in the specified warehouse and location as defined on the LPN.

• Variance Qty: The net variance between the on-hand quantity and total LPN quantity for the location.

• Total LPN Qty/Variance: The total number of LPNs and the total variance quantity for items whose item/location quantity does not equal the total quantity assigned to LPNs.
