Purpose: Use this screen to define whether the system uses the Rewards integration to enroll customers in the Rewards membership program and to allow customers to redeem membership certificates on an order.
Yes/No field: Select this field if you want to use the Rewards integration. During order entry, CWSerenade communicates with the external Rewards system in order to:
• Enroll eligible customers in the Rewards membership program.
• Review membership information for an existing Rewards member.
• Review Rewards certificates that a customer can apply against an order in order to receive a discount.
• Redeem Rewards certificates on an order.
Leave this field unselected if you do not want to use the Rewards integration.
