Passing a Parameter from a Workflow Process to a Global Variable

To access and pass a parameter from a workflow process to a global variable, Siebel CRM can use a business service. If it uses a Workflow Process Batch Manager task to update a global variable, then each of these tasks is a separate user session and a subsequent task might not be able to access this update.
