Required Parameter Configuration When Using Siebel Chat on Oracle Solaris

The following parameters must be configured appropriately if using Siebel Chat on Oracle Solaris: CommSessionMgr, EnterpriseServer, GatewayAddress, and RequestServer.

To configure the required parameters if using Siebel Chat on Oracle Solaris

1. Navigate to the Administration - Communications screen, then the All Configurations view.
2. Select the communications configuration record that you want to modify, then click the Parameters tab.
3. Configure the parameters as shown in the following table:

   Parameter Name	Value
   CommSessionMgr	CommSessionMgr
   RequestServer	[Windows Server where CommMgmt is running]
   GatewayAddress	[Gateway address of the computer where CommMgmt is running : gateway port]
   EnterpriseServer	[Siebel]
