Generating Pick Tickets for Orders (End User)

You can generate pick tickets for orders. Employees use pick tickets to pick, pack, and ship the order.

This task is a step in Process of Managing Fulfillment.

To generate a pick ticket for an order

1. Navigate to the Service Orders screen, then the List view.
2. Drill down on the Order number (#) field for a selected order, and click the More Info view tab.
3. Click the menu button, and select Generate PickTickets.
