For example, you can set up a portable CD player as a redemption product, flag the product as Orderable for Siebel Order Management, and create a Web store where customers can order that product and other products. For services and for some tangible products, it is common to give the member an electronic voucher that the member can redeem for the product. For example, the member can get an electronic voucher that can be redeemed for a one-night stay at a hotel. In this case, choose Electronic Voucher in the Product Type field.
