Installing Taxware Applications on Windows

Siebel Business Applications support the use of Taxware software on the Windows NT and Windows 2000 operating systems.

The tasks for installing Taxware applications on Windows are as follows:

• Installing Sales/Use on Windows
• Installing STEP on Windows
• Installing UTL on Windows
• Installing WORLDTAX on Windows
• Setting up the Windows environment

NOTE:  The drive on which Taxware applications are installed must have at least 1 GB of free disk space. Over time, the sizes of Taxware applications increase as log files and tax certificates are generated.
