Creating an Event

  1. Click Event Setup, and then click Events.
  2. Click New, enter the Event Name, and then select the Event Date and the Event Time.
  3. Select the Event Type and the Opponent.
  4. (Optional) Enter the Projected Attendance for the event.
  5. If this is a restock event, select Yes for Restock.

    A restock event is similar to a normal event, but is typically used to restock beverages in the suites prior to a regular event.

  6. To allow exporting event data for accounts receivable, select Yes for Allow Exports.
  7. (Optional) Enter additional details in the Comments field.
  8. Click Save.
