Generating the Event Item Sales Summary Report

  1. Click Reports, and then click Historical Reports.
  2. Use the Date From and To Date fields to select the date range for the report.
  3. To generate the report for specific event types, click the Event Type List tab, and then select the event types.
  4. To generate the report for specific events, click the Events List tab, and then select the events to include in the report.
  5. To generate the report for specific suites, click the Suites List tab, and then select the suites to include in the report.
  6. To generate the report for specific seats, click the Seat List tab, select the Section, select the Row, and then select the seat numbers to include in the report.
  7. To generate the report for specific owners, click the Owner List tab, and then select the owners to include in the report.
  8. Click the Sales Report tab, select Events as the Sales Report Type, and then select Event Item Sales Summary Report.
  9. Click Show Report.
