Generating the Label Report

The Label Report prints labels for all pre-ordered menu items. Each label contains the following details:

Oracle recommends you should obtain and use Avery 5160 (3x10) labels or their equivalent for this printing task.

  • Order number

  • Event name

  • Menu item name and price

  • Date and time

  • Suite number and name

  • Delivery time

  1. Click Reports, and then click Event Reports.
  2. Select the Event, and then click the Labels tab.
  3. To generate the report for a specific label type, deselect All adjacent to the Label Type drop-down list, and then select the Label Type.
  4. To generate the report for a specific suite, deselect All adjacent to the Suite drop-down list, and then select the Suite.
  5. To generate the report for a specific food pantry, deselect All adjacent to the Food Pantry drop-down list, and then select the Food Pantry.
  6. To generate the report for a specific beverage pantry, deselect All adjacent to the Beverage Pantry drop-down list, and then select the Beverage Pantry.
  7. Click Show Report.
