Setting Up Order Answers

Create and assign answers that users select when prompted with questions during order entry.

  1. Click Location Setup, and then click Answer Lists.
  2. Select the Location, enter a name for the record in the Answer List Name field, enter a description for the record in the Answer List Description field, and then click Save.
  3. From the Answers List page, click the Answer List Name of the record that you created in Step 2 to open it.
  4. Click Add List Item, enter a possible answer in the Answer Item Text field, and then click Save.
  5. Repeat Step 4 until all possible answers appear in the list, and then click Save.
