Setting Up Suites

Setting up suites is a part of phase 1 programming. Before configuring suites, you must consider the naming convention used by the location.

Access the About page from the Suites home page to view the current number of active suites and the maximum number of suites allowed under the current license.

  1. Click Location Setup, and then click Suites.
  2. Click New, select the Location, and then enter the Suite Number and the Suite Name.
  3. Select the appropriate Food Pantry and Beverage Pantry.
  4. (Optional) Enter the following details:
    • Suite Extension: Phone extension number for the suite

    • Suite Server: Name of the suite attendant

    • Suite Seats: Number of seats

  5. Click Save.
