Posting Orders to the POS Client

The Go Live function initiates the transfer of all orders taken for the selected event from Suites to the POS client. Typically this procedure occurs between two to four hours prior to opening doors.

Note:

Future events should not Go Live unless Check Regeneration is run for the preceding event.
  1. Calculate the order totals for the event you are going to post to the POS client. See Calculating Totals for instructions.
  2. Click Ordering, and then click Go Live.
  3. To transfer pre-orders for an event that is held today, from the Event Filter, select Today’s Events.
  4. To transfer pre-orders for a future event, from the Event Filter, select All Events.
  5. Select the Event, and then click Go Live.

    After the Go Live process completes, a window shows details about successful and failed order transfers.
