Allowing Employees to Pick Up Suites Checks

Employees need permission to pick up checks that are created through the Suites Go Live function from the POS client.

  1. Access the Roles module:
    • If you are using Simphony First Edition, select the Enterprise level and then click Roles.

    • If you are using Simphony, select the Enterprise level, click Configuration, and then click Roles.

  2. Double-click the appropriate employee role record to open it.
  3. On the Operations tab, click the Guest Checks subtab, and then select Authorize/Perform Creation and Pickup of Unassigned Checks.
  4. Click Save.
