Setting Up Menu Item Prices

1. Access the Menu Item Maintenance Module:

   • If you are using Simphony First Edition, select the revenue center, and then click Menu Item Maintenance.

   • If you are using Simphony, select the revenue center, click Configuration, and then click Menu Item Maintenance.

2. Click the Record Type drop-down list, select Menu Item Price, and then click Search.
3. Ensure that the menu items have at least one price record whose Active On Level setting is not set to 0 - All Levels.

   Suites supports only Main Menu Level pricing, and does not recognize prices that are active on all levels.
