Subcontractors Now Review Variations During Claim Submission
Subcontractors using the Potential Variations feature will now be reminded to review their potential variations as part of claim submission.
After entering claim values against their approved contract, Subcontractors are now presented with an action to View/Edit Potential Variations for the current claims period. This allows Subcontractors to submit new variations as part of their claim and helps ensure that all items are included on the claim prior to document generation. If there are no new variations to submit with the claim, simply click Save Changes to continue to the next step.
Note: If the View/Edit Potential Variations step is not presented, the Head Contractor is likely using a Variation Request Workflows.
