Track Deadlines for Progress Claim Approvals

Head Contractors can now set progress claim approval deadlines to determine the date a Progress Claim Approver should approve a Subcontractor progress claim. Calculate dates based on a period due date, period end date, or progress claim submitted date trigger. If a deadline requires a more customised date, consider entering offset days. An entry will shift the deadline to the specified number of days before or after the trigger.

For example, if Security of Payment legislation in your state requires claim approval within ten days of claim submission, choose the Progress Claim Submitted trigger date with a 10 day offset.

Track progress claim approval deadlines in the Unapproved Progress Claim report. The report will show the date an approval would be overdue.

Note: The grace period for Payment Due Dates are now called offset days.

Other Project Settings enhancements include a new Date Tracking section located between the HC Project Information and HC Progress Claim Settings sections. Manage all date options—from project estimations to tracking deadlines—from one location.
