Conditional Approval Rules Send Payment Schedules to Alternate Approvers

Head Contractors can now create conditional approval rules. Conditional approval rules send progress claims undergoing assessment to additional Approvers based on approved claim attributes or send them to alternate Approvers based on project needs.

Head Contractors can work with their Textura implementation teams to create organisation rules that add Approvers based on approved values or thresholds. Other additional Approver rules are based on standard conditions. A Project Manager can select rules for a project and assign contracts to them. Claims from an assigned contract are then sent to additional Approvers after default the Approvers on the project.

Head Contractors can also set up alternate approval groups for a project. A Head Contractor can assign contracts to those groups. A progress claim from an assigned contract is routed to the selected approval group instead of the Approvers assigned to the project.
