Introducing TPM Analytics

Head Contractors with five or more active projects on the Oracle Textura Payment Management (TPM) can now use Textura Analytics. Easily explore your organisation's budgets, claims, payments, Subcontractor status, and claim period performance.

Dashboards provide insight through analytical charts, tables, maps, and graphs, enabling you to navigate between analyses to provide a precise, root-cause analysis.

See the Introduction to Textura Payment Analytics spotlight video for more information. Please note the video uses American English.

Improved DocuSign Process

Documents signed on TPM are now processed through DocuSign. The progress claims entry process will not change and TPM will still notify the Signer when the billing documents are ready for signature.

With DocuSign, the signing process no longer requires you to enter a PIN at the time of signing. During the signing process, DocuSign provides instructions and visual guides for each step. Once you apply your signature to all necessary fields, select the Finished button.

For information on the security and authenticity of DocuSign see the DocuSign Overview. You can also download this information as a PDF.

Enhancements

  • For reports which include a project filter, you can filter the project list on the Generate Reports page to include active projects only. This allows you to find current information more easily.
  • TPM will send you a notification when your roles or permissions change.

Head Contractors

  • Head Contractors can use the new Work Breakdown with HC Line Codes Report to view a Subcontractor's latest work breakdown regardless of whether they are in a claim period or not.
  • The Progress Claim Reversal Report now includes a filter for the progress claim Rejection Date.
