Configure Email Reminders Before Progress Claim Approval Deadline

The Send email reminder (number) days before Progress Claim Approval Deadline project settings allows you to remind your project team when they have outstanding claim approvals. This setting enables you to configure the number of days before the Progress Claim Approval Deadline you want to send email reminders to approvers reminding them that a progress claim is awaiting approval.

Enhancements

  • Resend User Invite: Enterprise Administrators can resend the user invitation email using the Resend Invite button on the Edit User page. Emails with links to a create username and password are sent to the user.
  • Progress Claim Approval Attachments: Emails sent at the time of progress claim approval will now include an payment schedule as well as any progress claim attachments uploaded to Textura.

Head Contractors

  • Modify Oracle TPM Fee Options: For organisations with multiple part numbers using different project fee options, you can now select a default fee option for each organisation using the Modify Oracle TPM Fee Options from the Edit Primary Organisation Settings page. The options selected are displayed as defaults on the Add Project page.
  • Sub SOV Line Item By Draw Report: Two new columns are added to this report: HC Item Number and Sub Component Description. In addition, the Phase Code column is renamed to Line Item Phase Code.

Owners

  • Modify Oracle TPM Fee Options: For organisations with multiple part numbers using different project fee options, you can now select a default fee option for each organisation using the Modify Oracle TPM Fee Options from the Edit Primary Organisation Settings page. The options selected are displayed as defaults on the Add Project page.
  • If your organisation performs work as a Head Contractor on one or more of your projects, you can now manage Owner funding.
