Business Classification Tracking
Introducing a new Business Classification Tracking feature that greatly enhances the business intelligence and reporting capabilities of Oracle Textura Payment Management. This feature allows Head Contractors to customise the business classifications they're tracking on a project (e.g., M/WBE certification, contract category, etc.), and enable reporting of contract values and claimed amounts according to the classification. Values may be assigned to every subcontractor and sub-tier organisation participating in a project, and supporting certifications can be uploaded and tracked.
The highly customisable tool allows business classifications to be defined at the enterprise level or on a specific project. Any number of enterprise level classifications can be defined by administrators with the Manage Compliance permission. Up to 15 classifications can be configured on a project by users who have the Compliance Manage role on the project.
Once configured, business classification tracking values can be assigned to subcontractors and sub-tiers on the project. The feature includes a dashboard with real-time contract and payment amounts enabling the tracking of progress against customisable goals.
Export data to generate custom reports for owners, regulatory agencies, and other interested stakeholders.
Access the Business Classification Tracking page from the Compliance menu, once the setting is configured in Project Settings. This page is accessible to users who have the Compliance Manager role on the project.
