Simplified Set up of Owner Created Projects

We have improved the process for Owners who create projects and made it easier for Head Contractors to understand how fees will be charged when accepting those projects. You may notice clearer instructions during project set up and enhanced notifications.

Enhancements

• Report Enhancements:
  • For Subcontractors: The Contract Detail Report now displays contract details for both confirmed and pending contracts.
  • The Statutory Declaration Status Report has a new selection criteria to generate the report for participants included and excluded in the draw. In addition, we have added a new filter and output column.
  • A new Compliance Requirement Settings Report allows you to view and manage compliance requirements across all your projects.

• Project Currency: If your organisation works in more than one country, you can now select a project currency from the Add Project page.
• We are retiring the Off-System Subcontractors functionality from TPM due to limited use and to make the way for the upcoming streamlined billing improvements. This should be a seamless transition for most of our organisations.
