Track Offline Witness
The new offline witnessing workflow on TPM offers better tools for tracking offline witnessing. Since Australasia does not support electronic witnessing, Subcontractors working on the project will choose to bypass electronic witnessing when signing a document. The Subcontractor will then download a copy of the document to be witnessed by a Justice of the Peace in hard copy, and upload the signed and witnessed document to the new Track Offline Witness page.
Head Contractors can view uploaded, witnessed documents on their own version of the Track Offline Witness page, approve or reject the uploaded file, and ensure project participants remain in compliance. TPM will automatically apply a payment hold to any unapproved or missing witnessed document.
Additionally, you can easily track offline witnessing by generating the new Offline Witnessing Report.
See Track Offline Witness for Head Contractors for more information on this feature.
Review Business Classifications
A new page called Review Business Classifications under the Compliance menu allows you to review and track if you, your Subcontractors, and Sub-tiers have attached the required business classification certificates.
As a Prime Subcontractor, you can also use this page to attach the required certificates. A new step in payment application workflow also allows you to view and upload certificates. The request to upload certificates is displayed only if you having missing or expired certificates.
Head Contractors can use the Details tab on the Business Classification Tracking page to accept or reject the certificates attached to a classification.
See the Review Business Classifications topic for more information on this feature.

Enhancements
- When generating the Subcontracts with Vendor Information Report, Head Contractors can now select a Vendor Mapped Date range to filter vendors included in the report. When you use this filter, only Vendors who had new contracts created within the specified date range will be included in the report output.
- Additional columns will now be found on the Security Centre page include additional information about changes made to your organisation and login information. The Organisation Updates tab includes an Organisation column, which displays the name of the organisation which was updated. You can use this column to filter the table by a date range. The User Updates and Login Activity tabs include a Users column. Filter users by a date range to view changes made to a user over a specified time period.
- You can now add two separate types of comments to payments before disbursement: Period Comment and Contract Comment. With 21.9 all existing comments will be migrated and relabeled as Contract Comments. Contract comments are associated with a contract and apply to all periods within the contract. Period Comments pertain only to a specific period and are visible to Subcontractors.
Add and view Contract Comments from the Contract Maintenance, Edit Payment Status, Manage Payments, Authorise Payments, and the Enterprise Wide Disbursement (EWD) pages. View and add Period Comments from the Edit Payment Status, Authorise Payments, Manage Payments, Owner Funding Entry, and EWD pages. View both comments from the Contract Status page.
Several related payment reports have also been updated to reflect these new comments.
- A new % Complete column is displayed on the following pages: Contract Status, Authorise Payments, and Manage Payments.

- New settings on the Subcontracts by Organisation page control how your exports for progress claims and payments are handled when you integrate with an ERP. Use the Enable Progress Claim Export or Enable Payment Export setting on a per vendor basis to choose whether or not to allow TPM to export progress claims and payments to your ERP. You can also change your settings to automatically set all payments Manual if you plan to track and pay your Subcontractors through your ERP.
- Two new project settings are displayed if the Allow Tax Codes to be Entered setting is checked: Require Tax Codes and Lock Imported Tax Codes. If the Require Tax Codes setting is selected, the tax code is a required field on the Project Settings and the Contract Maintenance pages. If the Lock Imported Tax Codes setting is selected, imported contracts will have the tax codes field disabled. Only service users can edit this field.
