Restrict Editing of Imported Requirements
Organization Administrators can now restrict the editing of imported standard compliance requirements by selecting the following two settings (Prevent editing of Set Up Requirement page and Prevent editing of subcontract status) on the Edit Primary Organization page. These settings when enabled can ensure that your imported standard compliance requirements are not edited. To learn more about this feature, see topic Edit Primary Organization Settings.
Pound Sign (#) and No. Removed
Beginning this month, TPM will no longer include the pound sign (#) when referencing draw and contract numbers. For example, Draw # will now display as Draw 1, Contract #1 will now show as Contract 1.
Enhancements
General Contractors
- New settings on the Edit Primary Organization page give you the ability to determine which organizational changes will trigger an organizational level hold. After a Textura Administrator enables organization level holds, you can choose for the application to place an organization level hold when a Subcontractor changes the organization name, bank account information, or tax ID.
- The Manage Lien Waivers, View Lien Waivers, and the Mange Lien Waivers by Draw pages are updated to remove redundant links. In addition, you can now access the Manage Lien Waivers by Draw page directly from the Compliance menu; and the Manage Lien Waivers by Draw page now includes organization and contract pickers.
- The Add Sub-Tier and Edit Sub-Tier pages have been updated to improve usability. On the Add Sub-Tier page after selecting Save, the system will navigate you to the Manage Lien Waiver by Draw page with the newly added Sub-Tier in context. On the Edit Sub-Tier page after selecting Update, you will now remain on the Edit Sub-Tier page, the system does not navigate you to the Status page.
Subcontractors
- Moving forward, in order to participate on a project, your bank account and project location must belong to the same country. If your bank account country differs from the country in which the project resides, you can create a second organization and include banking information from that country.
- If your projects are enrolled in SDF (Subcontractor Direct Financing), you will now see key SDF metrics on your My Invoice page. Four fields on the top of the My Invoice page are added to give you a quick snapshot of your SDF status. These include: Funded Invoices, Funded Amount, Outstanding SDF Balance, and Overdue SDF Balance. In addition, a new field (Maturity Date) is added to the Invoice Table Fields to show you when an invoice becomes overdue.
Owners
You can now select to disburse an individual GC invoice using manual check. Use the Edit Payment Status page to switch payment option for an individual GC invoice from ACH to Manual Check or vice versa. The change will not affect On System Sub-Tiers. Signed lien waiver documents are removed when a GC invoice is switched to manual check payment option.
