Main Contractors Can Include Draft Payment Applications When Printing Draw Documents

Main Contractors can efficiently assemble up-to-date drafts of all Payment Applications and draw documents from the Print Draw Documents screen, including draft copies of modified Subcontractor Payment Applications.

The Print Draw Documents screen now includes a Draft Payment Application column. Main Contractors can select Draft Payment Applications, which show any modifications made to the Payment Application after it was submitted. This enhancement allows Main Contractors to create a package of draw documents directly from the Print Draw Documents screen, rather than pull modified Payment Applications from other areas of the system or delay until the Payment Applications are resubmitted.
