General Contractors Can Include Draft Invoices When Printing Draw Documents
General Contractors can efficiently assemble up-to-date drafts of all invoices and draw documents from the Print Draw Documents screen, including draft copies of modified Subcontractor invoices.
The Print Draw Documents screen now includes a Draft Invoice column. General Contractors can select Draft Invoices, which show any modifications made to the invoice after it was submitted. This enhancement allows General Contractors to create a package of draw documents directly from the Print Draw Documents screen, rather than pull modified invoices from other areas of the system or delay until the invoices are resubmitted.
