Improved DocuSign Process
Documents signed on TPM are now processed through DocuSign. The invoice entry process will not change and TPM will still notify the Signer when the billing documents are ready for signature.
With DocuSign, the signing process no longer requires you to enter a PIN at the time of signing. During the signing process, DocuSign provides instructions and visual guides for each step. Once you apply your signature to all necessary fields, select the Finished button.
Notaries in states that require a seal (New York, Texas, Washington) will continue to use the legacy signing process, including PIN, for the application of their notary seal. These signatures will move to DocuSign in the coming weeks.
For information on the security and authenticity of DocuSign see the DocuSign Overview. You can also download this information as a PDF.
