Configure Email Reminders Before Invoice Approval Deadline

The Send email reminder (number) days before Invoice Approval Deadline project settings allows you to configure email reminders. This setting enables you to configure the number of days before the Invoice Approval Deadline you want email reminders to go out to invoice approvers.

Enhancements

Resend User Invite: Enterprise Administrators can resend the user invitation e-mail using the Resend Invite button on the Edit User page. Emails with links to create a username and password are sent to the user.
Automatically Include Sub-Tiers in Open Draws: Sub-tiers are marked as Included in Draw if their parent is included in the draw, and the child has been included in a draw and doesn't have a final lien waiver recorded. If a Due on Site date is entered, then the Sub-Tier is automatically included only if the Due on Site date is before the draw's Period to Date, and there are no final Lien Waivers recorded.

General Contractors

Modify Oracle TPM Fee Options: For organizations with multiple part numbers using different project fee options, you can now select a default fee option for each organization using the Modify Oracle TPM Fee Options from the Edit Primary Organization Settings page. The options selected are displayed as defaults on the Add Project page.
Sub SOV Line Item By Draw Report: Two new columns are added to this report: GC Phase Code and Sub Component Description. In addition, the Phase Code column is renamed to Line Item Phase Code.

Owners
