Forgot Username
This release, the process for requesting a lost username is changing. If you forgot your username, you can now select the Forgot Username link from the Login page. When you select the link, an email field will appear. Enter the email address you used to create your account. The remainder of the username retrieval process varies depending on your user role, whether you use two-step verification, and if you are a single sign-on (SSO) user. See the Forgot Username help for more information.
Enhancements
- Textura Analytics: The Portfolio, Project, and Subcontractor dashboards now have the Details section updated to include the amounts for Balance to Bill and Balance to Pay. The Subcontractor dashboard now contains a Contract Details section, which includes the Subcontractor's Balance to Bill and Balance to Pay across all contracts. Other contract information related to the Subcontractor's activity is included in this section. Project, Subcontractor, and Invoice dashboards have been enhanced to include the Invoice Aging snapshot. This snapshot separates the outstanding unpaid invoices by age and status. Select any section of the graph to expose additional invoice detail such as the Project, Subcontractor, Invoice Number, Draw Period, Last Submission Date, and current Invoice Status of the outstanding unpaid invoices.
- When generating the Signing Report, you can select the PDF output option. Additionally, the Signing Report now includes the Vendor ID and Document Type output fields.
- If you are commissioned as a Notary by either the state of Virginia or the state of Maryland, you will need to provide additional information in your user profile when you complete the Notary fields. Notaries in Virginia will need to include both their notary certificate number and notary seal. Maryland Notaries must include their notary county and notary seal.
- Contract Maintenance:The following fields are displayed as read-only fields if the contract was imported from an ERP system: Contract Number, Description, and Vendor ID.
