Track Draw Deadline (For General Contractors Only)

Use the Track Draw Deadline page within TPM to easily manage and track all tasks mandated by the Ontario Construction Act (OCA). You can enable this feature from the Project Settings page, by selecting the Capture Invoice Date from GC to Owner checkbox. From the Track Draw Deadlines page, you can track and monitor all draw deadlines, add invoice response and payment delay notices you received from the Owner, and send invoice responses and payment delay notices to your Subcontractors. The Approve/Reject Invoice and Edit Payment Status pages are also updated to display draw deadlines and manage invoice responses. Access the Track Draw Deadline page from the Draw menu.

 

Enhancements

  • Textura Analytics: Access specific dashboards directly from the Generate Reports page when creating certain reports.
    • Disbursed Report: Payment dashboard
    • Disbursable Report: Invoice dashboard
    • Payment Hold and Audit Release Report: Payment hold dashboard
    • Unapproved Invoice Report: Invoice dashboard.
  • Textura Analytics Dashboard Updates
    • Payment Holds Dashboard: View the first and last name of the user who set and released a hold. This information is only available for holds which were placed or released manually.
    • Draw Performance Dashboard: Project draw details now includes Last Submission Date, Date Approved, Date Authorized, Date Paid, and Payment Due Date.
    • Export Dashboard: Contract export now includes Textura Customer Number and Tax ID.
    • The Top Segments and Top Contractor snapshots were renamed to Top Segments by Total Contract Value and Top Subcontractors by Total Contract Value. These snapshots now include the number of Projects, Contracts, and invoices for each Segment and Contractor.
  • Notarization: Updates to the notarization process include additional required fields for notaries in Arizona. Arizona notaries now need to include their county, notary expiration date, and notary certificate information on their user profile.
  • Invoice Upload: Select the Use Billed to Date checkbox if you are using billed to date values on your invoice. When this checkbox is checked, the template is updated to reflect this change.
  • Owner Billing with Invoice Codes Report: The report now includes the following new columns: Project Name, Project Number, Breakout Code and Breakout Code Description. In addition, a Draw Date filter is added to the search criteria, and the sort order has been updated.
  • Contract Maintenance:The Description field is now editable if the contract was imported from an ERP system.

Subcontractors

  • Notification: A voice notification or SMS is sent when the bank account information is changed.
