Spotlight
Schedule Draws
General Contractors can use the new Schedule Draws page to automatically open and close future draws for a project. Select the recurrence, which Subcontractors to include, and whether or not to close the draw to participants at a given date. A scheduled draw becomes drafted five days before it is set to initiate, but Project Managers can choose to manually open a draw at any time.
Watch the Schedule Draws video (4 minutes) or review Schedule Draws for General Contractors for more information.
Create Service Requests
General Contractors and Owners can create a service request directly in the TPM application. When you submit a service request, the application creates a ticket and notifies your support team at Oracle.
Watch the Creating Service Requests video (90 seconds) or review Creating a Service Request for how to create a service request.
Enhancements
- For your security, when a new Enterprise Administrator is added to your organization, all existing Enterprise Administrators will receive an email and SMS notification.
- General Contractors using Variable Discounts can now choose what terminology the project uses to refer to those discounts. For projects with Contractor Controlled Insurance Programs (CCIPs) you can choose to enable "Use CCIP labels for Variable Discounts on project" from the Project Settings page. When enabled, references on the project to the discount will now display "CCIP Deduction". When disabled "Discount" will be the terminology used.
- General Contractors can use the Subcontracts with Vendor Information report to view all subcontracts within a project along with key vendor organization information including address and tax IDs.
- Canadian organizations are now required to provide provincial tax IDs.
- Notaries commissioned by the state of Michigan must include a county when completing the notary fields on their Edit User page.
