Introducing a Revamped Enterprise Wide Disbursement Experience

Disbursing funds just became easier with this month's updates to the Enterprise Wide Disbursement page. These improvements help you ensure payment controls with better payment selection, reporting, and history.

Key features include the new Selected Payments filter, which allows you to view your payment batch right from the page; the Disbursement Summary, which provides payment details, reports; and 60 days of disbursement history.

Enhancements

  • If your project uses the Track Stored Material detail setting, you can now access the Stored Materials page from the My Invoices section of the Draw Home page.
  • Notary Publics commissioned by the state of Montana must include their municipality in order to electronically notarize documents on TPM.
  • You can now filter the data on the Subcontracts by Organization page to easily find a specific contract. The filtering persists between the Complete and Incomplete tabs.
  • Report enhancements
    • The Accounts Payable Aging Report output now includes the Payment Method.
    • The All Users with Roles report and the All Users by Project report output display the User ID. In addition, the All Users with Roles report includes a User Status filter to view the report based on the status of the user (Active or All).

Owners

Owners can now access Textura Analytics. See the Owner section of the Analytics guide for requirements and dashboard information. View the Textura Analytics video for a visual explanation of this feature.
