Browser Policy Change

Due to security and performance concerns Oracle no longer supports Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 (IE11). We encourage you to move to a modern browser such as Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Apple Safari. You may continue to use IE11, but features may not work properly on this browser and we will no longer fix issues which only affect IE11.

Enhancements

• Notary Publics commissioned by the state of California are now required to include their county and certificate number in their user profile.
• The Lien Waiver Status report now includes a new column Sub-Tier of, which displays the name of the parent organization. You can use this column to filter lien waivers under a parent organization. The output columns have also been reordered to improve usability.
• It is now easier to set up new users for organizations which have federated single sign-on enabled. Now, when you create a new user, the user will be set to use single sign-on by default.
