Troubleshooting

If you experience difficulty in connecting to and using the TPM API, check the following items:

  • The URL/URI that you are using is correct.
  • The integration user has the correct permission.
  • The HTTPS request body JSON is valid and properly formatted.
  • The HTTPS request content-type is 'application/json'.
  • Your firewall is not blocking your outbound connection to TPM API. Verify whether or not you can reach the URL in a browser window.
