Key Service Limits

To prevent timeouts, observe the following key service limits:

• Page Size: 10,000 records for all graphs with the following exceptions:
  • contract: 5,000
  • paymentHold: 5,000
  • lienWaiver: 1,000
• Response Timeout: 299 seconds
• Rate Limit: 25 per second per client IP
• Query Depth: 8

Service limits are subject to change based on observed usage patterns. Release notes will notify customers in advance of changes.
