Owner organizations can now access the Lien Waiver graph.

Lien Waiver Performance : Improved the performance and scalability of the Lien Waiver graph, resulting in faster query responses and reducing the likelihood of timeouts when retrieving data for large organizations.
User Graph Enhancements: Added the createdBy, deactivatedBy, and deactivatedDate attributes to the User graph to support user lifecycle and Active Users reporting.
Supplier Tracking Data Updates: Improved Supplier Tracking data processing to ensure updates and deletions are accurately reflected in incremental reporting.
TPA Project Settings Graph: Added TPA Project Settings as a subgraph under Project, enabling access to TPA-specific project configuration data.
GraphQL Performance: Improved GraphQL query performance by optimizing how list-based related data is loaded, resulting in more efficient and scalable data retrieval.
Payment Hold Graph Filtering: Enhanced the Payment Hold graph to provide more flexible filtering options. Users can now retrieve results without specifying date filters when other search criteria are available.
