Meaning

Textura tried to connect to Sage 300, but the connection did not include the required username and password.

Possible Causes

• The Sage 300 username or password is missing from the integration setup.
• The ODBC / DSN connection is not configured to provide credentials.
• Credentials were removed or not saved correctly.
• The integration was enabled before authentication setup was completed.

Recommended Resolution

Contact Textura Support, your ERP administrator, or your ERP consultants to review the Sage 300 connection setup and add the required username and password.
