Meaning

Textura attempted to sign in to Sage 300, but Sage rejected the configured login details.

Possible Causes

• The configured username or password is incorrect.
• The password was changed in Sage 300 but not updated in the integration setup.
• The Sage 300 account is locked, disabled, expired, or lacks access.
• The account does not have permission to access the selected Sage 300 company.
• The DSN is pointing to the wrong Sage 300 environment or company database.

Recommended Resolution

Your ERP administrator or ERP consultants should confirm the Sage 300 username and password are valid and that the account can log in to the required company directly in Sage 300.
