Meaning

The Cloud ERP integration is missing one or more required configuration values. Textura cannot connect to Cloud ERP or exchange information until you complete the required configuration.

Possible Causes

• You did not complete the CLOUDERP2 integration setup.
• Required service URLs or integration settings are missing.
• Authentication credentials are missing.
• An environment change or migration removed configuration values.
• You enabled the integration before you added all required settings.

Recommended Resolution

Contact Textura Support, your ERP administrator or your ERP consultant to review and complete the CLOUDERP2 configuration.

Do not send usernames or passwords by email, in support-ticket comments, in screenshots, or through other unsecured channels. Use the approved secure process when you must update credentials.
