Meaning
Textura created or received a Maestro session, but the session was no longer valid when Textura attempted to open the database.
The termination error also occurs because the session had already expired or become invalid.
Possible Causes
- The Maestro session expired before Textura opened the database.
- The Maestro web server restarted during the health check.
- A temporary service interruption invalidated the session.
- Another process removed the session before the request completed.
- The Maestro service responded slowly.
Recommended Resolution
Run the health check again to create a new session.
If the error persists, contact Textura Support, your ERP administrator or your ERP consultant. Ask them to review Maestro service availability and session handling.
