Authentication or Credentials Failed
Meaning
Textura reached the ERP, but the ERP rejected the login or did not receive the required authentication information.
Possible Causes
- The configured username or password is missing or incorrect.
- The integration still uses the old password after a password change.
- The integration account is locked, disabled, or expired.
- The account does not have access to the required ERP environment or company.
- Authentication settings changed in the ERP system.
Recommended Resolution
Ask your ERP administrator or ERP consultants to confirm that the integration account is active and can access the required ERP environment.
To update credentials in Textura, contact Textura Support and use the approved secure process.
Do not place passwords, access tokens, or complete connection strings in tickets, emails, or screenshots.
