ERP Service Unavailable or Undergoing Maintenance
Meaning
The ERP service could not accept the request. It commonly returns 503 Service Unavailable or a planned-outage message.
Possible Causes
- Planned maintenance is in progress.
- The ERP service is temporarily offline.
- The service is overloaded.
- A gateway or middleware component is unavailable.
- The environment is restarting after maintenance or an update.
Recommended Resolution
Check whether planned maintenance or a known service disruption is in progress.
Wait for maintenance or the interruption to end. Textura retries the connection automatically.
If the error continues after service resumes, contact Textura Support, your ERP administrator, or your ERP consultants to confirm availability.
