Meaning
Textura did not receive a response from the ERP system within the allowed time.
Possible Causes
- The ERP service or database is responding slowly.
- The ERP environment is overloaded.
- A network interruption delayed the request.
- A gateway timed out while waiting for the ERP service.
- A prompt or dialog in a locally installed ERP application is blocking the process.
Recommended Resolution
If the error continues, give Textura Support, your ERP administrator, or your ERP consultants the approximate failure time. They can check service performance, network connectivity, and blocking ERP prompts.
