Gateway or Proxy Failure
Meaning
A gateway, proxy, load balancer, or middleware service could not get a valid ERP response. It commonly returns 502 Bad Gateway.
Possible Causes
- The ERP service behind the gateway is unavailable.
- A proxy or middleware component is experiencing a problem.
- The backend service returned an invalid or incomplete response.
- A temporary network interruption occurred between services.
Recommended Resolution
Wait for Textura to retry the connection automatically.
If the error continues, contact Textura Support, your ERP administrator, or your ERP consultants to review the ERP service and middleware path.
