ERP Session Expired or the Connection Ended
Meaning
The integration started a session or request, but the session expired, became invalid, or ended before processing finished.
Possible Causes
- The ERP service restarted during the request.
- The session expired before the next step completed.
- The remote service closed the connection without responding.
- A proxy, firewall, or network device interrupted the session.
- The service was overloaded or temporarily unstable.
Recommended Resolution
Wait for Textura to retry the connection and create a new session automatically.
If the error continues, contact Textura Support, your ERP administrator, or your ERP consultants to review service availability and session handling.
Do not copy temporary session IDs into shared documentation. If support requests the complete error, include it only in the restricted support case.
