ERP Service Address Changed or Cannot be Found
Meaning
The configured ERP address redirects to another location or no longer identifies a valid service.
A 301 error normally indicates a redirect. A 404 error normally means the service could not find the requested address or resource.
Possible Causes
- The ERP service address changed.
- An old or incorrect endpoint is configured.
- An HTTP address now redirects to HTTPS.
- A service or API path was moved or removed.
- Middleware routing changed.
Recommended Resolution
Another connection attempt will not normally resolve an incorrect service address.
Do not manually follow an unfamiliar redirect or change the configured address yourself.
Contact Textura Support, your ERP administrator, or your ERP consultants to verify the official ERP service address and update the integration through the approved process.
