ERP API, Permission, or Backend Configuration Error
Meaning
The ERP received the request but could not process it because of an API mismatch, missing permission, licensing restriction, or backend configuration problem.
Possible Causes
- The integration account does not have the required API permission.
- The ERP environment is not licensed for the requested API.
- A required backend package or program is missing or invalid.
- The ERP API changed after an upgrade.
- The request no longer matches the API operation expected by the ERP.
Recommended Resolution
Another connection attempt will not normally resolve a permission, licensing, or API configuration problem.
Contact Textura Support, your ERP administrator, or your ERP consultants and provide the complete error message.
Only authorized administrators should change ERP permissions, licensing, database programs, or API configuration. Grant only the permissions the integration requires.
