Meaning
Textura could not confirm that the ERP service certificate is valid and trusted.
Possible Causes
- The certificate expired.
- An intermediate certificate is missing.
- The service certificate changed.
- The configured endpoint changed.
- The certificate is not trusted by the integration environment.
Recommended Resolution
Another connection attempt will not normally resolve a certificate problem.
Do not bypass certificate validation or accept an untrusted certificate.
Contact Textura Support, your ERP administrator, or your ERP consultants to verify the ERP service address and certificate chain.
